Your pack shipment
All products and items on Yamarkexpress are shipped from Cameroon, Yamarkexpress is made up of Cameroon businesses that are looking to gain a place in the international markets. In order to avoid scams and fraud we supervise and handle the shipping of all products on Yamarkexpress.
We have several shipping options during checkout, these options depend on the delivery time and the country you are ordering from.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Package Returns and Refunds.
We accept returns and do refunds, all returns are supposed to be done within 7 days of receiving the item.
Conditions for returns
All items to be returned have to be in good condition, If it is a fragile item that has been damaged by the customer then it can't be returned.
Clothing items and accessories can be exchanged for another one if the customer does not want a refund. Please note that in order to exchange a product you have to consult with the vendor you bought it from.
